HARPER SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE
CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Harper School of Real Estate is committed to providing students with a professional, organized, and valuable learning experience. The following policies apply to class cancellations, refund requests, registration transfers, and course materials.
Class Cancellation
Harper School of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class when enrollment is insufficient or when circumstances beyond the school’s control require a schedule change.
Registered students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible of any cancellation or schedule change.
If Harper School of Real Estate cancels a class, students may choose to transfer their registration to another available class date or receive a refund of eligible course fees paid.
Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start date.
- Approved refunds will be issued by check, regardless of the original method of payment.
- Refund checks will generally be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the refund request has been approved.
- Students who prefer to transfer their registration to another available class may receive a course credit valid for one calendar year from the original payment date.
- Fees for services or materials already provided may be deducted from any refund when applicable.
Course Material Return Policy
- Course materials returned for a refund must be unused and in new, resaleable condition.
- Materials containing writing, highlighting, markings, tears, damage, or other signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.
- The cost of damaged, used, or nonreturnable course materials may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.
- Students are responsible for returning applicable course materials before a final refund is processed when a material return is required.
Student Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- All student cancellations must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start date.
- Students who fail to attend their scheduled class and do not cancel within the required 48-hour period may forfeit their eligibility for a refund.
